The first principal, Mr. Dai An-Shun was appointed as the principal of Rende Elementary School in May 1988. He was ordered to concurrently serve as the preparatory director of Yung Shin Elementary School to carry out the preparatory work for the establishment of the school. Due to the part-time job, it was difficult for him to travel between Rende and Yung Shin Elementary School every day. As it was scheduled to enroll students in 1989, the school was named Yung Shin under the urgency of time. The inspection of land, property rights, the overall planning of the campus were smoothly completed. On August 1, 1989, the school building officially opened to welcome the first-year students. In August 1995, Principal Dai An-Shun retired, and the second principal, Mr. Zhong Qi-Fang was honored to serve in the school.
